Welcome Influence Network sisters!! (If you're not a part of the network, you should be! The classes are awesome. Seriously.) Today I'm participating in an Influence Network linkup where we are bridging the gap to find other bloggers in our local areas. I'll be sharing where I'm from, where I am now, and where I'm going! I'll be moving in just a few months, so Lower Texas bloggers: hit me up!
from birth (aka: 1983) until college graduation (2007)
I spent most of my life in a suberb of Jacksonville, Florida and then moved to a town called Graceville (in the panhandle) for college. If I miss anything from Florida (besides my family, obviously!) it's the beach!
Sweet Home Alabama
Northeast Alabama is one of those rare places where southern hospitality thrives and the best hiking trails are right outside your back door. The weather's (almost) always nice with it's warm days and slightly less warm nights, fireflies, and countless stars. I find myself saying, "wow, it's so beautiful here" just about every day.
Fun Fact: the town of Albertville (where I've lived most of my time here in Bama) is the FIRE HYDRANT capital of the world! Seriously, go check your hydrant. It most likely says Albertville on it. ;)
Coming: August 2013 - ???
We're so close to setting off on this incredible adventure of moving to the border town of Reynosa to minister and live full time. It already feels like home, which can be attributed to the fact that we are there 4 or 5 times a year as it is. The food is out of this world and the people can't be beat. Come visit us!
What do you love about where you live?
